Apistogramma Barlowi

Wild from the Rio Ampiyacu. This is a known mouth brooding apistogramma from the Pebas district of Peru. It is not guaranteed to happen as much about them is still being learned. Some females choose to have fry develop in their mouths until independence and thus described as “larvophilic mouth-brooders.”

Grows to roughly 2.6 inches
